Return Process

  Ensure your watch is in its original, unworn condition with all protective films and packaging intact within 30 days of delivery.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number to receive a return authorization and the correct return shipping address.

  Pack Securely

  Place the watch back in its presentation box and use a padded mailing envelope or box to protect the mechanism during transit.

  Ship and Refund

  Send the package using a tracked service; once our workshop inspects the item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
